We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. Nor do we offer third-party products or services on our website.
All bank enabled ( e.g debit card, EFT, credit card etc) transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Detailed Policy
This policy serves to clarify to any person, or entity, who is concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used and managed online when they access this site. It has been designed to meet our obligations as set out in section 18 of POPI Act.

If you have an account which holds personal information (such as your delivery address), You can change your personal information by logging in to your account and changing it yourself there. The account is password protected, and you should not share your account access information with any third parties whatsoever.
We will take all reasonable and practicable steps to ensure you, the data subject, have been made aware of the following:
- What information we are collecting, as well as what information that is NOT being collected. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience.

- We will never collect any information before advising you that we are collecting it.
- We will retain your records on our database for as long as it is needed only, and for a maximum of 6 months from the last time contact was made with us. After 6 months it expires.

- If compliance would prejudice the data subject in terms of their lawful rights.
- Compliance is not reasonably practicable in the circumstances of a particular case.

How do we use your information and when will it need to be collected?

Active Measures we take to Safeguard your information
We are responsible for taking reasonably practicable steps in implementing information protection systems and up-dating and maintaining them on a regular basis. The burden of proof, that these actions have been taken, rests on us and we retain records of this. We are legally responsible for taking reasonably practicable steps in identifying risks, and mitigating them regularly and we retain records of this. To these ends we have contracted with a specialist data management service that manages this on our behalf, and to maintains records of this on our behalf. We will be briefed on all measures reasonably taken on a monthly basis, in order to verify this service delivery to us
- We thereby take preventative measure to reasonably mitigate foreseeable internal and external risks to personal information in our possession or under our control;
- We thereby establish, take and maintain appropriate safeguards against the risks identified;
- We thereby regularly verify that the safeguards are effectively implemented; and
- ensure that the safeguards are continually updated in response to new risks or deficiencies in previously implemented safeguards
Should there are be reasonable grounds to believe that the personal information of a data subject has been accessed or acquired by any unauthorized person, we will take reasonable immediate steps advise that person, to the last known address, as well as emailed to the last known email address (within 7 business days).
Should there be reasonable grounds to believe that the personal information of a data subject has been accessed or acquired by any unauthorized person we will take reasonable steps to immediately advise the regulator (within 7 business days).
Should this not be possible we will place a notice prominently on our website and / or notify the media of any breaches to our data base (within 7 business days).
